Role Summary
We are hiring a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own, operate, and scale Antier's global email marketing engine. This role goes far beyond newsletters — it is a revenue-aligned demand generation function responsible for nurturing leads, enabling outbound efforts, supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and driving measurable pipeline impact.
The role supports Antier's global B2B offerings across
Web3, Blockchain, AI, and enterprise technology services, and requires someone comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-service, multi-region environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, performance marketing, and product marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
This position directly influences MQL creation, SQL conversion, and long-cycle enterprise deal nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across Antier's services and product offerings, including:
Web3 services (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, RWA, Exchanges, AI × Web3, infrastructure, etc.)
Enterprise blockchain consulting
Product launches and GTM initiatives
Build Structured Campaign Calendars Aligned With
SEO & content marketing initiatives
Paid acquisition (PPC & LinkedIn campaigns)
Sales outreach and enablement
Execute Multiple Campaign Types
Newsletters
Promotional and service campaigns
Lead magnet campaigns
Webinar and event communications
Re-engagement campaigns

Design And Manage Automated Lifecycle Email Journeys For
