Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. The candidate should have strong copywriting, automation, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns (promotional, transactional, drip & newsletters)
- Write compelling email content and subject lines to improve open and click-through rates
- Design email templates using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, Bounce Rate, etc.)
- A/B test email content, subject lines, and layouts
- Maintain email hygiene and compliance with spam & data privacy laws
- Coordinate with marketing & sales teams for lead nurturing campaigns
Required Skills:-
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic HTML & email template editing
- Strong English writing & editing skills
- Understanding of lead funnels and customer journeys
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in digital marketing or lead generation
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing is a plus
- Experience in B2C or E-commerce campaigns
