We are assembling a dedicated team to oversee the daily operation of our automated B2B email marketing system. This role requires a professional who understands both the mechanics of automation platforms and the nuances of B2B communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end B2B email campaigns across multiple regions and industry segments.
- Deploy targeted B2B email campaigns with precise segmentation and timing.
- Operate and maintain marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, MailWizz, Mailjet, BigMailer, or SendBlaster.
- Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor system health, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot operational issues with logical precision.
- Maintain clear communication with team leads regarding campaign status, system updates, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and maintain comprehensive campaign logs, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and system integrity.
- Uphold exceptional organizational standards and attention to detail in all campaign operations.
- Learn, adapt to, and deploy new custom-built email campaign management tools developed in-house.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with B2B email segmentation and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with contemporary B2B email marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency with one or more major marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and process discipline.
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite at our Gurugram office.
