We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. This is a full-time, onsite role, requiring close collaboration with the marketing, content, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments.
- Design and implement creative and engaging email campaigns aligned with brand messaging and goals.
- Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and clean data management.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.
- Optimise campaigns based on insights and A/B testing results.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop visually appealing templates, newsletters, and workflows.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection and email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc. ).
- Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, data management, tracking, and reporting.
- Basic design skills in Figma or Canva for email layouts and creatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing workflows and customer journey mapping.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
