both traditional SEO and the latest AI-powered optimisation techniques.

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email 

campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth in the SEO and 

web development space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote SEO, web development, 

and digital marketing services.

Create compelling copy, subject lines, and CTAs tailored to different audience segments.

Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows using industry-standard tools 

(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

Collaborate with the SEO and web development teams to align email campaigns with broader 

marketing strategies.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and provide 

actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably within digital marketing or 

technology services.

Strong understanding of SEO, web development, and digital marketing concepts.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
