Role Summary

The Email Marketing & Campaign Specialist will own the development, execution, and optimization of ARK's email marketing initiatives. This role will focus on creating meaningful campaigns that engage clients, candidates, and industry audiences while generating measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign calendars and execution schedules.
• Create audience lists using JobDiva, CRM, and other databases.
• Segment audiences for targeted communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of email marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Understanding of campaign analytics and reporting.
• Experience with audience segmentation and database management.
