Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Build, test, and refine automated email flows (welcome series, nurturing sequences, re-engagement, etc.)
- Write compelling email copy and collaborate with design teams on templates
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to increase conversions and engagement
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization
- Manage subscriber segmentation, list health, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and objectives
- Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and new tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaigns
- Proficiency with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with HTML email templates (a plus)
- Analytical mindset with experience using email analytics tools
- Understanding of customer segmentation and automation strategies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
