Role and Responsibilities :-
- Leading email marketing activities for the core business and newer offerings/solutions
- Email designing and content curation for newsletters etc.
- Well versed with technical capabilities around email marketing such as IP warmup, checking hard bounce, ensuring deliverability etc.
- Lead tracking and reporting
- Responsible for Quarterly lead targets
- Overseeing content and strategy for channels: Email, Webinar
- Running Lead Generation campaigns on Mailchimp for Email Marketing and setting up and coordinating live webinars on Zoom
- Suggest and evaluate new tools to help marketing that will then become a part of the marketing tech stack
- Managing external communication, brand specific communication strategy
- Establishing thought leadership and ensuring brand presence
Required Candidate:-
- Content curation and strategy for different channels such as email, newsletter, webinars, website
- Email marketing strategy for multi-solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRM like Zoho and email marketing software like MailChimp
- Excellent Written and Oral communication
- Database management/maintenance, segmentation, clean-up
- Comfortable with creating pivots and generating insights from sources such as Google Analytics, Zoho CRM etc.
