MCAE Senior Developer (Marketing Automation)

Role Overview (4–8 Years Experience)

Work Model Hybrid

Work Location: Bangalore (1st preference), Hyderabad (2nd), Pune (3rd)

JD-

Senior-level expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot)

Focus on campaign automation, lifecycle journeys, and marketing orchestration frameworks

Designs scalable Engagement Studio journeys, segmentation strategies, and automation frameworks

Works closely with Salesforce Data Cloud for audience activation

Drives campaign optimization, automation maturity, and data-driven marketing execution

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Configuration & Marketing Automation

Configure and manage:

oMCAE campaigns

oEngagement Studio journeys

oAutomation workflows

Design and implement:

oLead nurturing journeys

oLifecycle marketing programs

oAutomation frameworks

Configure:

oAutomation rules

oDynamic lists

oSegmentation logic

oSuppression lists

oCampaign triggers

Maintain:

oCampaign hierarchies

oFolder structures

oReusable templates

Journey Optimization & Campaign Performance

Analyze and optimize:

oJourney logic

oBranching conditions

oCampaign timing

Improve:

oSegmentation strategies

oLifecycle programs

oTargeting logic

Identify opportunities to:

oIncrease engagement rates

oImprove campaign performance

oEnhance automation efficiency

Data Cloud Integration & Audience Activation

Collaborate with Data Cloud teams for:

oAudience activation from Data360

Ensure alignment between:

oData Cloud segments

oMCAE dynamic lists

oAutomation workflows

Validate:

oAudience targeting accuracy

oSegment-to-campaign activation

Technical Platform Configuration

Configure:

oScoring models

oGrading frameworks

oLifecycle automation rules

Support:

oForm handlers

oLanding pages

oCampaign assets

Monitor and troubleshoot:

oAutomation issues

oSegmentation errors

oCampaign failures

Email Deliverability & Campaign Governance

Ensure best practices for:

oIP warming & sender reputation

oSuppression management

oBounce handling

Enforce:

oNaming conventions

oCampaign governance standards

oArchitecture guidelines

Strategic Thinking & Continuous Improvement

Recommend improvements in:

oAutomation frameworks
