Position Overview:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions. The role involves creating engaging content, managing segmented lists, leveraging automation tools, and analyzing performance to support overall demand generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Create compelling content, subject lines, and CTAs to increase engagement and drive MQLs.
  • Build and manage segmented email lists to ensure relevant targeting.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall demand generation strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and MQLs generated.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) to streamline and scale campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or software companies and have worked in the US or UK market.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce product suite.
  • Proven track record of generating and nurturing MQLs through email campaigns.
  • Experience working with or for companies like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise SaaS businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge of lead scoring and marketing funnels.
  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
