Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Marketing & Brand BuildingManage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and key leadership profilesPlan and execute monthly content calendars (posts, carousels, case studies, announcements)Position the brand as a thought leader in the solar & renewable energy space .
- B2B Lead Generation (Primary Focus)Generate qualified B2B leads using:LinkedIn Sales NavigatorEmail outreach toolsWhatsApp / CRM-based follow-ups.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns for: Corporate & industrial clientsEPCs, OEMs, and institutional customersPerform prospect research, identify decision-makers, and build targeted databases .
- Campaign Execution & OptimizationCreate and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaignsPerform A/B testing on messaging, subject lines, and formatsTrack key KPIs such as:Lead qualityResponse ratesConversion to meetingsCreate content around:Solar projects & installationsROI, savings & case studiesPolicy updates & government incentivesClient testimonialsWork with designers/video editors (internal or freelancers) .
- CRM & Sales SupportMaintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot preferred) Schedule meetings and hand over sales-qualified leads to the sales teamWork closely with Sales & Business Development to align targeting and messaging
- Market & Competitor Research Track competitor activities, industry trends, and relevant events/exhibitionsSupport management with insights for improving outreach and positioning.
- Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack KPIs: impressions, engagement, CPL, leads generatedAnalyze campaign performance & optimize ads/contentPrepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Employer Branding (Optional but Preferred) Support hiring & employer branding posts on LinkedInPromote company culture, site teams, achievements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing / B2B digital marketing.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC or B2B services (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:LinkedIn algorithms & ad managerB2B lead funnelsContent marketing & storytellingBasic knowledge of solar industry terminology is an advantage .
