We are seeking a dynamic HubSpot and Email Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and executing successful email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing HubSpot workflows, creating data-driven email marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless CRM management to support our marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to inform improvements.
• Ensure data integrity within HubSpot and maintain accurate lead and contact records.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM as well asemail marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
