Role Overview:
We are looking for an Email & Chat Process Intern who can manage customer interactions through written communication channels. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, communication handling, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via email and chat professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain records of interactions and responses
• Follow communication guidelines and service protocols
• Escalate complex queries to relevant teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Assist in improving communication templates
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple conversations
• Problem-solving skills and patience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in customer support (optional)
• Familiarity with email tools or chat platforms
• Basic understanding of CRM systems
