Inficore Soft is looking for an Email and Chat Support Intern who can handle customer interactions professionally and ensure smooth communication across digital channels. This role provides hands-on experience in customer support, communication handling, and issue resolution in a real-time environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
Maintain clear, professional, and helpful communication with users
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
Track and record customer interactions and updates
Follow standard support processes and response guidelines
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Assist in improving response templates and support workflows
Required Skills
Strong written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria
Students or recent graduates from any discipline
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Candidates with prior support or communication experience will have an advantage
