Responsibilities
Installation and Troubleshooting: Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, including but not limited to CCTV, Public Addressing System, Access Control, Intercom Systems, Fire alarm, and similar products as per project requirements.
Coordination and Execution: Collaborate with other project teams to ensure the timely execution of assigned tasks. Coordinate activities to meet project deadlines.
Project Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of ELV system installations, troubleshooting reports, coordination efforts, project milestones, maintenance checks, client interactions, equipment inventory, user training documentation, on-site work logs, and adaptation records for comprehensive project transparency and success.
Maintenance Checks: Conduct regular maintenance checks on security systems to proactively identify and address any potential malfunctions, ensuring the continued reliability of installed systems.
Client Support: Respond to client maintenance requests promptly. Repair or replace equipment as needed to maintain the functionality of ELV systems.
User Training: Explain and demonstrate the function and operation of ELV systems to clients and end-users, ensuring they are knowledgeable about system usage. On-Site Work: Travel to and work on project sites as required, adapting to the specific needs and demands of each project.
