- Verify all documents regarding change of authorized signatories either on an account or within an electronic banking (EB) access channels (specimen signature card, banking agreements, Product documentation, EB Documents) including the signature check regarding authorization of the signatories.
- Perform above checks regarding all German standard companies according to the German Trade Register.
- Perform the technical sign off if EB channels are involved.
- Archive the docs in the digital archiving tools (SmartDoc/Doc Pro).
- You will communicate to the client and/or service by using standard templates in German language.
- Inform Level 1 team to support & finalize the process of a digital authorization.
- Processing of internal requests for global customers of the bank.
- Review of orders in accordance with internal guidelines and country specific requirements.
- Initialization of video legitimations.
- Maintenance, entry and release of personal data in banking applications (CIS).
- Internal communication with internal business partners in written form
Your skills and experience
The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
- Proficiency in German speaking and writing; able to communicate in German with clients. Language skills: fluency in German (1-3 years of experience)
- 1-3 years of handling client facing role.
- 1 year of experience in handling Cash Management products is preferred.
- Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills in German.
