Job Description

Role Description / Primary Responsibilities

Heavy-duty machines: Breakdown & preventive maintenance of CNC/NC and conventional machines (HBM, Gantry milling, Radial drill, CNC lathe, Universal drill).
Power systems: Operation and maintenance of 11KV power lines and electrical distribution systems.
Material handling: Maintenance of EOT cranes, forklifts, and other handling equipment, including safe work-at-height practices.
Utilities equipment: Service and repair of compressors, pneumatic/electrical grinders, welding machines, and related tools.
Technical expertise: Ability to read electrical schematics, interpret manuals, and perform fault analysis.
Automation systems: Repair and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
Preventive practices: Implementation of TPM, Kaizen, and predictive maintenance techniques to reduce downtime.
Compliance: Adherence to ISO 50001,45001,1400,9001, EMS standards and industry best practices.
Shift management: Supervision of maintenance teams across three-shift operations with effective resource allocation.
Safety & reliability: Enforcement of electrical safety protocols, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
