Hands-on experience in the maintenance of heavy-duty CNC machines such as Juaristi (HBM), HNK (VTL & VTC), Goratu TMC & HTL, radial drills, VMCs, and universal drilling machines.
Hands-on experience in the maintenance of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers etc. & Genie and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters
Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressor, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, earth testers, and megger testers.
Working in shift duty and work at height for maintenance of EOT and Wall mounted cranes.
