Job Requirements
Design and develop wire harness systems based on customer and product requirements.
Plan and execute the setup of a new wire harness manufacturing line, including layout, process flow, and equipment selection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for DFM, quality assurance, and supply chain integration.
Develop work instructions, BOMs, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in wire harness design and manufacturing setup.
Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3).
Strong understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and lean manufacturing principles.
