Job Description Summary

Our Cushman & Wakefield's Leasing Apprenticeship is a 6-month program, designed to give you hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry while building a strong foundation for a full-time career.

As part of our Leasing team, you will gain insight into how companies make real estate decisions from office expansions to retail strategies and industrial footprint planning. This pathway is ideal for individuals interested in market dynamics, client engagement, and deal execution within a fast-paced advisory environment.

About the Role

  • Support leasing transactions across office, retail, and industrial asset classes
  • Conduct market research on occupiers, landlords, and leasing trends
  • Assist in preparing presentations, market reports, and client deliverables
  • Maintain and update databases on clients, properties, and transaction activity
  • Support tracking of client portfolios and occupier movements
  • Assist in coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Contribute to data analytics and reporting initiatives

About You

  • Recent graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), Real Estate, or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and client-facing environments
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
