We are seeking an EA to the MD for a leading Oil and Gas Company.
Job Profile
Responsible to create drive Digital Transformation, Internal Consulting, Innovation process enhancement projects across functions.
Design Dashboard for leadership team to improve performance across functions projects
Support development of financial business models by supplying researched inputs on assumptions future projections
Collaborate with working group teams to develop for future development
Support creation of project pitches presentations to senior leadership within the organization
Work collectively with MANCOM team, group members of partner companies business consultants, if any
MARKETING COMMUNICATION
Oversee administration of branding and marketing agency contracts, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Conceptualize and Drive content strategies to increase organic reach and optimize Market, Social Media Presence
Drive engagement traffic on Website
Collaborate with Product Managers to develop blogs and articles
Support Marketing Head with business presentations and lead special ad hoc initiatives (e.g., Coffee Table Book for Chairman).
EA To MD CEO
To assist provide support to the executive team to ensure that organization goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
Manage and drive dashboards to support strategic decision making
Lead cross functional projects to make sure that the organizational goals are achieved.
Manage communication between senior management, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Organizing any other Meeting as required developing MOM and follow up
Implement digital initiatives and state specific strategies for business enhancement
Understand the business context environment of the entity in detail
Manage projects initiatives by identifying potential opportunities, developing frameworks for evaluating process formulating an approach enhance efficiency
EA To The MD Requirements
Any Graduate + Full Time MBA with Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Tech savvy in terms of scouring all kinds of data sources, preparing dashboards digitization of processes
Creative, Out of box thinking with strong drive collaborative skills
Strong Analytical capabilities
Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate effectively use new information
Collaborate with working groups of partners potential partners to develop business logic project proposals
