Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the governance and execution of enterprise AI initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end AI portfolio including prioritization, tracking, and impact measurement
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate strategy into execution
- Support key decisions on AI solutions, platforms, and implementation approaches
- Enable movement of AI use cases from pilot to production across business units
- Establish structured processes, reporting cadences, and operating rhythm for AI programs
Skills Required
- Tier 1 MBA (IIMs/Ivy League) with 6 to 10 years of experience in AI, analytics, consulting, or digital transformation working with marquee tech companies (FAANG) or consulting firms (MBB etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders
- Understanding of AI/ML and emerging GenAI landscape
- Ability to interpret solution architecture and evaluate technology choices
- Familiarity with data platforms or automation tools
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
