Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for an Educational Counselor. The responsibilities include advising students and professionals about training programs, guiding their course selection based on career goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their educational needs. The role also involves regular communication with prospective learners, addressing their queries, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. Building strong relationships with candidates and helping them navigate their career development journey is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and providing personalized advice to learners
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with diverse individuals
- Knowledge and understanding of the education sector, particularly IT training programs
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and professionals
- Experience or exposure to education or counseling roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related fields is advantageous
