Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling Support
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities
- Understand students academic background and career goals to recommend suitable programs
- Provide onetoone academic counseling through inperson, telephonic, or virtual sessions
- Address student queries related to curriculum, schedules, assessments, and progression
Admissions Enrollment
- Guide students through the admission process, including application submission, documentation, and fee procedures
- Follow up with prospective students to drive enrollment and conversion
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Student Management Systems
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through continuous engagement and support
- Handle student concerns, escalation cases, and feedback professionally
Career Academic Guidance
- Advise students on academic pathways, certifications, internships, and career options
- Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and counseling seminars
- Stay updated on program offerings, academic policies, and industry trends
Administrative Reporting
- Maintain counseling reports, call logs, and admission data
- Track lead pipelines, enrollments, and student progress metrics
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to support outreach and retention initiatives
