Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor, based in the Pune Division. The Education Counsellor will provide guidance to students regarding academic pathways, career opportunities, and college admissions. Responsibilities include assessing students needs, offering personalized advice, reviewing applications, coordinating with educational institutions, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their education and career goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of higher education processes
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to offer personalized guidance to students
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the education sector and industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in education consultancy or counseling is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage
