Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Mumbai. The Educational Counselor will provide guidance to students and professionals in selecting appropriate educational and certification programs, offering academic and career counseling. This role involves assessing individual needs, explaining available programs, and supporting participants in their educational journey. The counselor will also liaise with internal teams to ensure participants have a seamless experience, while actively contributing to outreach efforts to promote educational offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of various educational programs
• Experience and skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide individuals academic and career paths
• Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with participants and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the education sector and ability to stay informed about trends and developments in financial education
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required; relevant certifications or advanced education is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
