This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor, based in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive student counseling, assisting prospective students in understanding programs and career opportunities, and guiding them in making informed educational decisions. The role involves conducting enrollment conversations, maintaining accurate records of consultations, and contributing to the sales and admissions process. The Educational Counselor will also coordinate with students and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to effectively guide students toward suitable courses and career paths
• Knowledge and experience in Career Counseling to align the educational goals of students with their long-term aspirations
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
• Background in education or training sector with an understanding of academic and professional development
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced on-site work environment
• A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to student success
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is a plus
