Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Noida. The Education Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable educational and career paths, provide personalized counseling, and assist in resolving academic and career-related concerns. They will coordinate with educational institutions, support students in choosing relevant programs, and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to better tailor their advice and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored advice to guide students
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals
• Understanding of education-related needs, programs, and industry developments
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a counseling or educational advisory role is an advantage
