About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Education Counsellor responsible for guiding students through the admission journey from initial inquiry to final enrolment. The role primarily involves calling potential students, understanding their academic interests, and recommending suitable colleges and programs to help them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make regular outbound calls on generated leads to counsel students about suitable colleges and courses.
- Convert inquiries into successful applications and admissions by building trust and understanding student needs.
- Handle L1 and L2 calling levels efficiently from first contact to follow-up and closure.
- Maintain daily call logs, track lead progress, and update status in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving daily calling targets and weekly conversion goals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents for document submission and application completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely admissions.
- Participate in weekly meetings and performance discussions to identify improvement areas.
Performance & Incentives
- Daily calling targets and weekly conversion goals will be assigned.

- Performance reviews will be conducted every 15 days to evaluate progress and provide feedback.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Tech, BA, B.Com).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of student counselling and lead management.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
