Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedAdmission Counsellorto join our dynamic admissions team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our offerings, addressing their academic aspirations, and driving successful admissions conversions through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students viainbound lead follow-upsthrough calls (leads provided).
- Drive conversions throughoutbound calls, understanding prospects needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Explain educational programs and servicesclearly and effectively.
- Conductonline demosand counselling sessions to recommend appropriate education plans.
- Leverageproduct knowledgeto showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Build rapport with leads usingexcellent listening, soft skills, and presentation abilities.
- Consistentlyclose salesandachieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain CRM recordsto ensure accurate and up-to-date lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Shareweekly performance reportsincluding sales targets, progress, and challenges with management.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensurecontinued satisfaction and referrals.
- Attend regulartraining sessionsto stay informed about new programs and industry updates.
Requirements:
- 15 yearsof proven experience inadmission counselling or outbound sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Stronginterpersonal and client-handlingskills.
- Confident, soft-spoken, empathetic, and a good listener.
- Strongproblem-solving and decision-makingcapabilities.
- Highlyadaptable, accountable, andgoal-driven.
- Hands-on experience withCRM softwareand lead management tools.
