Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed student counseling for Germany, including course and university mapping, timelines, costs, and intake planning.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Address objections, negotiate terms, and close enrollments effectively.
- Present service packages, clearly explain deliverables, and manage fee-related discussions.
- Conduct occasional short one-to-many sessions or webinars for high-potential leads.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including status, next actions, notes, and conversion details.
- Coordinate seamless handover of enrolled students to the Admissions/SST team, ensuring a premium student experience.
- Provide weekly funnel metrics, including show-ups, proposals, wins, and reasons for lost leads.
