Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Counselor. The Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses and universities, assist with admission processes, and provide advice on visa applications. Additional responsibilities include addressing queries from students and parents, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational programs globally, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective students. Collaborative teamwork to achieve enrollment targets will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in counseling and student advisory services with a focus on international education
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing academic applications and documentation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions
• Knowledge of global education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; experience in educational counseling is a plus
