Role Overview:

We are looking for an Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right academic and career paths. The role involves providing counseling sessions, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on course options, admission process, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
• Achieve admission targets and support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain records of inquiries and counseling sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: HSC / Graduate (any discipline).
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication in Hindi/English (regional language added advantage).
• Persuasive and approachable personality.
• Target-driven and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
