This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for an Education Counsellor. Responsibilities include providing personalized educational consulting to students, guiding them in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths, and conducting sessions on career options and educational planning. The Education Counsellor will also collaborate with educational institutions and maintain records of counseling sessions to track progress and outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and providing guidance for academic development
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal abilities
• A background in Education or a related field is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members
• Prior experience in academic or career counseling is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
