Education Counsellor

Digital Azadi is a growing community dedicated to empowering individuals by helping them learn, implement, and earn through the skill of digital marketing. Founded by Sandeep Bhansali, Digital Azadi provides training in Hindi to make digital marketing accessible and easy to understand. With a name inspired by Digital Marketing and Financial Freedom, the organization is committed to enabling at least a million people to create multiple sources of income. Currently, it has a strong community of over 2,500 members and is continually expanding.

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Education Counsellor, located in Gandhi Nagar. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students by providing information on digital marketing courses, understanding their career goals, and helping them make informed decisions. You will manage inquiries, conduct counseling sessions, and maintain follow-ups to ensure a positive learning experience. The role also involves assisting with enrollment procedures and collaborating with relevant teams for smooth student onboarding.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Experience in counseling, student guidance, or academic advising
• Knowledge of digital marketing, educational trends, or related domains
• Ability to build rapport with prospective students and understand their needs
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage inquiries and follow-ups
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is highly desirable
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with a team
• Prior experience in sales or customer relations can be an advantage
