We deliver end-to-end admissions and career counselling that drives enrollments, retention and positive learner outcomes across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound counselling calls to prospective students, qualify leads and guide them through course options, fees, and admission timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end student admission process: document verification, application submission, fee collection tracking, and enrollment follow-up.
- Use CRM to log interactions, update lead status, schedule follow-ups and drive timely conversions against monthly targets.
- Coordinate with academic partners and internal teams to resolve admission queries, escalate complex cases and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Deliver targeted outreach campaigns (telephonic, SMS, WhatsApp) and personalised counselling to improve lead-to-enrolment ratios.
- Maintain accurate records, produce simple reports on lead pipeline and recommend process improvements to increase conversion and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills specific to counselling interactions.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and follow-ups in an on-site environment.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and close admissions using CRM tools.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail for documentation and compliance checks.
- Willingness to work Indian on-site schedules and meet monthly targets.
Preferred
- Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or career counselling (freshers with strong communication will be considered).
- Familiarity with LeadSquared or other education CRMs; basic Excel reporting skills.
- Multilingual ability (Hindi/local languages) to engage regional student segments.
