Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Education Counsellor based in Pune. In this role, you will provide personalized guidance to students to help them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, identifying students needs, recommending appropriate courses or training, and addressing inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure student success and support them throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to effectively guide students in selecting suitable learning paths.
• Proficiency in Career Counseling to support individuals in planning their academic and professional growth.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, peers, and stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of the educational landscape and trends to meet students and the institution's needs effectively.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, empathize with their goals, and inspire them toward success.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in counseling roles is advantageous.
