Role Overview :
You will be the core engine behind our online sales growth, responsible for the end to end management of our product listings, promotional campaigns and operational efficiency across all key e commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce Platform & Listing Management
- Listing Expertise: Create, manage, and optimize thousands of product listings across primary marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and similar marketplaces.
- Data Management: Use advanced Excel and data analysis to manage inventory accuracy, bulk catalog updates, seasonal uploads, MIS, and marketplace performance reporting across platforms.
- Content Optimization: Drive higher conversions through SEO-optimized product content, accurate specifications, clear pricing/offer communication, and high-quality creatives aligned with marketplace best practices.
Marketing & Sales Promotion
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute e-commerce growth strategies in coordination with marketplace account teams to secure premium visibility, placements, and brand exposure.
- Advertising Campaigns: Own and optimize PPC and sponsored ads across marketplaces to improve visibility, ROAS, and sales scale.
- Website & Performance Marketing: Drive traffic and conversions through targeted website promotions, performance marketing initiatives, and social media support.
Operations & Administration
- Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth logistics, accurate inventory flow, and quick resolution of fulfillment or stock-related issues.
- Platform & Website Management: Ensure seamless performance, accurate data flow, and optimal user experience across owned platforms and marketplace integrations.
- Communication: Manage professional communication with brands, vendors, and marketplace support teams via email and platform dashboards.
Qualification Criteria
- 25 years of experience in merchandising and category management across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or similar marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with organic growth execution including product listing SEO, keyword tools, and catalog optimization.
- Experience in building or scaling a startup or new business vertical is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace operations.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
- Bonus if you've owned P&L, vendor negotiations, and category/merchandising strategy.
- Ability to deliver structured, actionable feedback on e-commerce performance and execution.
