About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of all backend activities.
Key Responsibilities- Handle product listings on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) using flat files and bulk uploads.
- Ensure all listings are accurate with proper product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and category placement.
- Manage daily operations order processing, stock reconciliation, and dispatch coordination.
- Coordinate inwarding and outbound shipments to marketplace and quick commerce warehouses.
- Regularly track and update inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for new listings, promotional activities, and resolving operational issues.
- Generate and analyze sales and performance reports to support business growth.
- Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and ensure smooth onboarding of new products.
Key Skills & Requirements- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with flat file listings and seller dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce portals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
