Position - Ecommerce Executive

Role Overview

Marketplace Listings & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and optimise product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra,

Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms.

• Write SEO-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions aligned with platform search

algorithms.

• Manage bulk uploads using flat files / Excel templates and resolve listing errors or

suppressions promptly.

• Ensure listing completeness: images, A+ Content (Amazon), EBC, size charts, and categoryspecific

attributes.

• Conduct regular content audits and keep listings updated with correct pricing, availability, and

compliance details.

Inventory & Order Operations

• Track inventory levels across marketplaces and coordinate with client teams to avoid

stockouts or overstock situations.

• Manage FBA/FBF shipment creation, send-in plans, and reconciliation.

• Monitor inbound shipments, stranded inventory, and take corrective action as required.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key metrics: BSR, Buy Box %, sessions, conversion rates, return rates, and seller

health indicators.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for client accounts.

• Identify listing or operational gaps and recommend improvements with data backing.

Account Health & Compliance

• Monitor account health dashboards across all platforms and resolve policy violations, IP

complaints, or negative feedback.

• Raise and follow up on seller support cases, removal orders, and reimbursement claims.

• Stay updated on platform policy changes and implement necessary adjustments proactively.

Client & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned client brands.

• Collaborate with the Ads, Design, and Content teams to ensure listing assets are campaignready.

• Support onboarding of new clients by setting up accounts, brand registrations, and catalogues

from scratch.
