Position: E-Commerce Associate
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business
Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Industry: Jewelry, Luxury, or Retail industry
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product management, E-Commerce Management
Salary: As per Market Standard
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon,
- Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and Tata Cliq.
- Activate and onboard new sales channels while ensuring timely listing of products.
- Sales Growth Strategies:
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, including ad strategies, to boost
- visibility and sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and untapped growth opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and marketplace metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Track performance to ensure monthly top-line and bottom-line revenue targets are
- achieved.
- Customer Engagement & Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage product reviews to maintain a positive
- reputation.
- Operations & Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure compliance with
- platform guidelines.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and account reconciliation using tools
- like Unicommerce.
- Platform Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with platform Points of Contact (POCs) to secure
- promotional opportunities and visibility support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, specifically in activating sales channels and optimizing product listings.
- Hands-on expertise in running ads and managing promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools (e.g., Unicommerce) and catalogue optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
