Job Description
Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: Beauty | Skincare | Haircare | Hair Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart & D2C platforms.
- Drive online sales, revenue growth, conversion and marketplace performance.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory and promotions.
- Track GMV, conversion, ROAS, sell-through and sales performance.
- Coordinate marketplace campaigns, product launches and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Haircare or Hair Products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart/Myntra, Excel and e-commerce analytics.
