Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Rohini. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the online store, ensuring smooth operations, optimal product presentation, and user-friendly customer experiences. Responsibilities include tracking product listings, analyzing sales trends, facilitating customer service, and collaborating with teams to optimize online sales strategies and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role will involve active communication with different departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto and Flipkart) and basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies is desirable.
