Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online store operations, improve product visibility, and drive sales growth across e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing content, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations while working closely with marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability updates.
• Analyze sales performance and platform analytics to improve results.
• Manage promotions, discounts, and online campaigns.
• Ensure smooth order processing and coordination with operations/logistics teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Improve product ranking through SEO and marketplace optimization techniques.
• Handle customer queries and support-related coordination when required.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform policy updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations (Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply).
• Understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of product listing optimization and e-commerce SEO.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop.
