About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior E-commerce Specialist to support the management and growth of our online sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our Wordpress / DTC brand stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in E-commerce,and digital marketplaces,
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
- Create and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, and backend keywords.
- Monitor listing quality and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Upload new products and variations.
- Troubleshoot listing suppression, catalog issues, and content errors.
Product Content & Optimization
- Optimize listings for visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate image, video, and A+ Content updates.
- Maintain accurate product information across all marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Inventory & Catalog Management
- Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces.
- Coordinate stock updates and inventory feeds.
- Track out-of-stock products and recommend replenishment actions.
- Ensure catalog accuracy across all sales channels.
Marketplace Operations
- Monitor account health metrics and policy compliance.
- Assist with pricing updates and promotions.
- Support marketplace expansion initiatives.
- Review and resolve listing and account-related issues.
Website & Brand Store Management
- Update products, collections, and content on Wordpress or company websites.
- Assist with website merchandising and promotions.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Support landing page and product page updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, design, operations, and customer support teams.
- Coordinate content creation and product launch activities.
- Support special projects and marketplace initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace and Wayfair is a plus.
- Knowledge of Wordpress or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Wordpress, Sellercloud, or similar e-commerce tools.
