We are seeking a full-time E-Commerce Specialist to join our on-site team in Surat. The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee day-to-day online store operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory monitoring. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, managing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction, strategizing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive traffic and boost sales. A key focus will be on enhancing the user experience across the platform and optimizing conversion rates.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to manage inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Experience in E-Commerce operations, including handling product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies
• Sales expertise, with knowledge of promotional strategies to optimize revenue and meet targets
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with the textile or fashion industry is a plus
