Role Description

iGear is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team full time at our onsite location in Mumbai. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings across various platforms, develop and implement sales strategies for e-commerce channels, and analyze sales performance to identify improvement opportunities. The role also involves monitoring inventory, ensuring product availability, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and experience in driving online sales
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting to optimize e-commerce performance
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and address customer inquiries
• Customer Service experience and a customer-centric attitude
• Proven skills in Sales with the ability to create and execute successful e-commerce strategies
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing trends, and competitive e-commerce practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
