Assistant Manager E-Commerce
Own P&L and growth for assigned brands/categories across marketplaces and D2C. Lead assortment, pricing, promos, and content while aligning with Marketing and Ops for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver category P&L: assortment, pricing, promo plans, and inventory aligned to demand and margin goals.
- Manage marketplace partnerships (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and negotiate visibility/programs.
- Drive analytics: pricing intelligence, elasticity, attach/cross-sell, cohort performance.
- Oversee content & storefronts: SEO, A+, stores, and conversion optimization.
- Lead S&OP with Ops for supply, availability, and event readiness.
- Build SOPs, trackers, and governance; manage agencies/vendors when required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce category management across multiple portals.
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margin math, promo ROI).
- Proficiency with marketplace consoles, BI dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.

- Revenue, GP%, contribution margin
- In-stock %, fill rate, cancellations/returns
- Conversion rate, SoV, ratings/reviews
- Promo/event performance vs benchmarks
