Bharat Gram Udyog Sangh is seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Snapdeal, Blinkit, Big Basket, Tata 1 mg etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, handling listings, and running platform-specific ads to boost online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product listing creation and optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Snapdeal
- Daily inventory & order management
- Ensure timely dispatch and return handling
- Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth operations
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart advertising (sponsored ads, campaigns)
- Analyze sales reports and take actions to improve performance
- Monitor account health and ensure policy compliance
- Respond to customer queries/complaints on platforms
- Competitor analysis and price optimization
- Suggest strategies for sales growth
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, Meesho, Snapdeal
- Knowledge of advertising tools on Amazon & Flipkart
- Basic understanding of Excel, inventory tools & Unicommerce (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure & work independently
