Key Responsibilities:- Manage product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Ensure accurate product information (images, descriptions, pricing)
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Process and track customer orders
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Perform payment reconciliation and maintain reports
- Assist in running promotions, offers, and sales campaigns
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
